Information We Collect

• Contact information: your first name, last name, and email address, provided when you schedule a session.
• Appointment information: session date and time, and the topic or challenge you describe (optionally by voice, transcribed automatically).
• Payment information: when a session requires payment, it is processed securely by PayPal. We do not store your card or bank details directly — only a payment method reference needed to process future charges under our cancellation/fee policy, described in our Terms of Service.
• Session content: live coaching sessions held over Google Meet may be recorded and transcribed using a third-party service, so your consultant can review them and support your progress between sessions.
• Calendar data: your session is scheduled via Google Calendar, and a Google Meet link is generated for the call.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to schedule and manage your sessions, process payments, personalize your consulting experience, and follow up on your progress between sessions. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third-party providers to operate this Service: PayPal (payments), Google Calendar and Google Meet (scheduling and video calls), Groq (voice-to-text transcription), a session-recording provider (session transcription), and Resend (email delivery). Each provider processes your data under its own privacy policy.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as you remain a client, and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for accounting, legal, or service-improvement purposes.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by replying to any confirmation email you receive, or by writing to talk@lucasgomezh.com.
