Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of this application to schedule and attend consulting/coaching sessions with Lucas Andrés Gómez Herrera ("the Consultant").
The Service
This application allows you to schedule consulting/coaching sessions, held via Google Meet. First-time visitors receive one complimentary introductory session. Subsequent sessions are offered under an hourly, monthly, mixed, or equity-based plan, as agreed with the Consultant.
Scheduling, Cancellations, and Fees
- Free introductory session: if you do not attend (no-show), you forfeit the complimentary session and any future session will be billed directly. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, a 25% surcharge will be added to your first paid session.
- Hourly sessions: rescheduling on the same day incurs a 50% charge of your session rate. A no-show or a cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice incurs a 100% charge. Cancelling 24 hours or more in advance is free of charge.
- Monthly, mixed, or equity plans: a cancelled session is deducted from your plan (or recorded as a strike, for equity plans) regardless of how far in advance you cancel.
Applicable fees are charged automatically to the payment method on file.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through PayPal. By scheduling a paid session, you authorize the Consultant to charge applicable fees under the policy above using your saved payment method.
Nature of the Service
Consulting and coaching sessions are intended to provide guidance and support based on the Consultant's experience and expertise. They do not guarantee any specific business, financial, or personal outcome. You remain solely responsible for decisions made in your business or personal life.
Confidentiality
Information you share during sessions is treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties, except as needed to operate the Service (see our Privacy Policy) or as required by law.
Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Colombia.
